Instagram Influencer Campaign

My proposed influencer campaign is a cooperative promotion activity aimed at increasing author brand exposure and book sales. You work with an influential Instagram book review blogger in the fantasy/horror novel field to design a free book giveaway. The activity includes:

  • The partner and the author publish promotional posts on their respective platforms

  • Provide book giveaways and encourage users to follow, like and comment to participate in the lucky draw

  • Both parties promote each other's content to increase audience cross-exposure

  • Prepare a complete visual material package and copywriting, including cooperation previews, book giveaway promotional pictures, winning announcements, etc.

The activity design is low-cost and highly interactive, which can drive fan growth and website traffic in the short term, and also lay the foundation for more promotional activities in the future.

Campaign Plan

This online celebrity cooperation promotion plan is an implementable strategy I designed for Ray Wennerstroem's future brand building. The goal is to quickly increase the exposure and brand awareness of his works by cooperating with influential book review bloggers on social platforms under limited budget and time.It should be emphasized that this plan was not officially launched during the internship, but was one of the strategic results I provided to the client in the project. It represents a sustainable marketing model in the future, which can not only bring short-term traffic and fan growth, but also build a digital promotion path for Ray that can be replicated and expanded independently.

  • Partner profile: I have chosen Caitlyn (@shesbooked_), a book review blogger in Australia with 11.7k followers. Her content focuses on fantasy and horror novels, and her fan base is highly consistent with Ray's target readership.

  • Cooperation invitation content: I wrote an invitation letter in Ray's voice, proposing that the cooperation content. This mutually beneficial cooperation aims to attract more readers who love stories and enhance brand awareness.

  • Timeline: To ensure the smooth progress of the cooperation, I also designed a three-week promotion timeline, which clearly lists the operation process for each step. This timeline can be used as a standard communication template for Ray to cooperate with other bloggers in the future, to explain the cooperation arrangements in advance, to demonstrate professionalism, and to help the other party quickly understand the whole process.

Using a multi-channel strategy helps maximise exposure of this influencer collaboration campaign by reaching different audience groups across platforms. Each channel plays a unique role—social media drives awareness, blogs and reviews build trust, and the website supports conversion. This approach ensures broader reach, stronger engagement, and better long-term value for Ray’s giveaway campaign.
